to develop professional and administrative, managerial skills of employees according to the Company’s interests and personal contribution of each individual.
to strictly and thoroughly observe Labour Codex of Russian Federation, federal and regional laws, inner orders and instructions, Union Contract.

Personnel policy is aimed at preserving and increasing human capital, ensuring high level of employees’ professionalism and meeting modern standards. This is based on the principle of succession and development of professional, personal and managerial knowledge and skills.
The Company places the following personnel requirements: professionalism that provides solution to complex tasks, systematic and dynamic work, mastering of new technologies. High personal responsibility for the quality of work and preservation of Company’s property, discipline and observation of rules, standards and time of performance.
Decency and loyalty that reflect the unity of Company’s and employees’ goals and provide stable development of the Company.
The Personnel Policy goals are outlined in the annual analysis of the Human Resources Department and are subject to adjustment according to the changes:
In the external environment: in the competitive environment, in the sphere of labour legislation and internal standards, labour market situation, influence of labour unions.
In the internal environment: economic activity, strategy and financial capabilities of the Company, limits of administrative expenses; qualitative and quantitative characteristics of the personnel and their future changes.
Employees that meet the requirements are included into the Human Resources Department’s priority list to develop their professional and personal managerial level and receive corresponding bonuses.
ANTI-ALCOHOL AND ANTI-DRUG POLICY OF FSUE “ATOMFLOT”.
FSUE “Atomflot” implements anti-drug and anti-alcohol policy for the benefit of it’s employees both at sea and ashore. We realize that use of alcohol and drugs weakens significantly their professional qualities and endangers the efficiency and security of the Company. That is why the following rules are applied:
Use, keeping and distribution of drugs within the Company’s territory is strictly prohibited and leads to immediate contract termination of any employee regardless of position and merits.
Captains and the administration of the Company are directly responsible for the control of alcohol-containing liquids onboard the vessels.
Employees that are present at the workplace in the state of alcoholic or drug intoxication are subject to disciplinary prosecution according to the legislation and the internal standards up to immediate contract termination of any employee regardless of position and merits.
The Company conducts unannounced drug and alcohol detection tests in specialized laboratories not less than once per 6 months.
Captains are authorized to apply the same tests to any crew member when deem it necessary. Captains must apply these tests to any crew member involved in incidents and injuries onboard.
Alcohol intoxication starts from 0,04% of alcohol contained in blood.
Employees that abuse alcohol and take drugs of any kind cannot and will not work at FSUE “Atomflot” because they bring potential danger to the Company and people around them.
